The guide
- Position
- 10°42.34'S 152°22.95'E
- Wind shelter
- good in N, NE, E, SE
- Notes
- The centre of sailau building - boatbuilders say the right timber grows only here. Big village. Shallows off the island keep you well off (~1.5 nm per 2000 article). Anchorage off the old rock jetty is best in most weather but rolly in big SE; if blown out, go to north Panapompom.
